Ride that lunar cycle with Jane Mallick

Jane has been teaching Yoga for decades. Her own experience of menopause spurred her on to develop a specific style of yoga to better support people in peri M and menopause. She speaks passionately about the benefits of following the lunar (moon) cycles when our own cycles start doing their own thing.
She also speaks candidly about her experience in a leadership position and how the lack of workplace support ended her high-powered career.

Jane Mallick
Jane Mallick is PhD Yoga Teacher and Post-Menopausal Woman. She is a passionate yogini, who after a successful corporate career experienced a mid-life crashing menopause. She now shares with women what she learnt on her healing journey in her transformational menopause workshops and retreats.
Jane is passionate about this amazing stage of life and transition for women and the potential gifts it holds. She guides women through nourishing feminine yoga practices that can enlighten and awaken us into what the menopause journey truly entails, on all levels of our being. All levels of yoga experience are welcome to her offerings.
When Jane is not teaching yoga, she is often found in her garden, at the Tara Springs, a Retreat and Wellbeing Centre in Taradale, Central Victoria, that she and her partner created and co-founded.
